The delivery time for goods ordered to an address or a DPD office is up to 10 business days.
Important: The delivery time for orders placed during promotions and discounts is between 2 and 14 business days. The delivery is carried out by DPD.

If the Supplier on the merreh.com platform is unable to fulfill the contract due to the unavailability of the ordered goods, they are required to notify the User and refund the amounts paid by them.
